During the festive season, the Focus Ireland Christmas tree is proudly in place at the top of Grafton Street, Dublin and outside Kent Station, Cork. Our Christmas tree is a symbol of hope to those without a safe and secure home this Christmas. Each star is an incredible gift to families during the toughest of times. Since 2001, thousands of stars have helped raise funds for Focus Ireland’s vital homelessness services. The panels around our tree displays the support of the business community, from multinationals to family-run businesses, in our fight to end homelessness.

By sponsoring a Christmas Star, your company could help Focus Ireland move 2 families out of homelessness by providing them with housing in a long-term accommodation. Long-term accommodation is the essential stepping stone towards a brighter future, and helps our customers regain confidence in their ability to move on from homelessness forever.

Christmas Star: €20,000 & upwards

By sponsoring a Platinum Star, your company could help Focus Ireland provide specialised child support and care for a month up to 23 children who’ve experienced homelessness. By ensuring they receive the care and support that they desperately need after going through this traumatic life experience, we are keeping the long-term negative consequences to a minimum.

Platinum Star: €10,000 - €20,000

By sponsoring a Gold Star, your company could help provide up to eight young people who have experienced homelessness with educational opportunities and professional training for six months. Focus Ireland’s PETE (Preparation for Education Training & Employment) programme delivers education/training to young people aged 16 years and over to help them gain the skills and confidence necessary to access existing pathways to mainstream training, education, and employment.

Gold Star: €5,000 - €10,000

By sponsoring a Silver Star, your company could help provide crucial advice and information for a month up to 70 people at risk or experiencing homelessness in the Focus Ireland Coffee Shop. For many, the Coffee Shop is the first place they can go to when in need of advice about their rights, and where they will be put in touch with the relevant people or authorities in order to receive the kind of support that they need to exit homelessness.

Silver Star: €2,000 - €5,000

By sponsoring a Bronze Star, your company could help provide up to 1,000 hot and nutritious meals in the Focus Ireland Coffee Shop. Our service workers make sure that anyone in need has access to a warm meal, a safe place to stay indoors for a while, and an opportunity to stay connected with people who will listen and offer support. The moments of safety and connection that the Coffee Shop offers can make a huge difference in the daily lives of the people experiencing homelessness and represent the very first step in their journey towards a home of their own a home of their own.

Bronze Star: €1,000 - €2,000
