Meet our team

Katie is a consultant and facilitator who helps boards and senior executives to develop and deliver strategy and strategic projects, implement major innovations and improve corporate governance.  She has worked across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in Ireland, France and the USA.  

Prior to this, Katie was Chief Operating Officer at The Corporate Governance Institute, a global EdTech company based in Ireland, specialising in training and educating the next generation of company directors and board members. Katie started her career as a strategy and management consultant, working in Ireland and France with financial services, healthcare, public sector and non-profit clients. She then moved to the Centre for Effective Services (CES), an Irish non-profit organisation, where she was a senior manager / director, leading the design and implementation of large-scale innovations with government departments and agencies in health, social care and education.

Katie is an experienced board director of Irish and international organisations. She is currently a board director of Libraries without Borders, a French/international non-profit organisation. She has a BA in Politics and Economics from University College Dublin and a Master of Science in Foreign Service (International Relations) from Georgetown University, USA.
