Our values
Focus Ireland is guided by its values of Dignity, Quality, Social Justice and Empowerment. Our values inform the work we do, how we engage with our tenants and how we partner with stakeholders.
Supporting social integration
At Focus Ireland, we want to build sustainable, mixed communities. Through our innovative Meascán Model (meaning ‘mixture’ in Irish), we are piloting an intentional social mix across our housing development which includes a mix of tenants who have additional support needs, and those without. This, we believe, will build more tolerance and understanding of the challenges facing individuals and families who have previously experienced homelessness.
