Are you participating in Hell & Back this year? We’re inviting friends, families, colleagues, and everyone in the community who’s taking part in Hell and Back to join Team Focus Ireland. Together, let’s work towards our goal of ending homelessness.
The Hell and Back events offer challenges for adults, families, teens and children, making it available to people of all ages.

About Hell & Back
HELL & BACK is Ireland’s ultimate test of physical and mental strength, crafted by top-notch outdoor experts to push you to your limits.
Located at the picturesque Killruddery Estate, this 13KM and 8KM course, held at the beginning of summer, provides breathtaking vistas of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain.
Combining notorious man-made obstacles with Killruddery’s natural landscape of rivers, mountains, bogs, and forests, this challenge promises a thrilling and daunting experience!
Open to ages 16 and above, with adult supervision.
