Hell & Back challenge returns to Kilruddery Gardens, Co Wicklow on June 10 this summer.
Round up your friends, family or colleagues to take on the challenge and fundraise for Focus Ireland.
With an 8k or 13k option, there’s something to suit your level of fitness, and you can take part as a team, or go it alone to complete the toughest challenge in Ireland.

You’ll have to progress over, under, around and through all of Killruddery’s stunning natural obstacles, including bogs, hills, forests, swamps and rivers, as well as our infamous HELL & BACK obstacles, including the Londis Water Jump & Splashdown Slide, the Ice Bath, Devil’s Creek, Hell on Earth and the Tyre Zone.
