Meet our team

David Kelly is a financial consultant, sometimes undertaking assignments as an interim Finance Director/CFO. In the past he has acted as interim Finance Director of Circle VHA. He is a non-executive director of Focus Housing and sits on the Finance and Audit & Risk Committees of Focus Ireland.

David is also currently an independent director and chair of the Fees & Contracts Committee of the newly formed Re-turn, which has been approved by the Minister for the Environment and Climate Change to set up and operate, from 1st February 2024, Ireland’s deposit return scheme for plastic bottles and aluminium cans.

David is also an independent director and chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee of Circol ELT, which provides environmentally sound recovery and recycling solutions for end-of-life tyres across Ireland.

David was previously Board Secretary to NAMA; General Manager- Operations and Head of Finance in AIB Bank; and Managing Director of AIB Mortgage Bank. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an Associate Member of the Institute of Taxation.

David has a Batchelor of Business Studies Degree from Trinity College and an MSc in Business Administration from the IMI. For leisure David swims, plays golf and supports Leinster Rugby and Leeds United.
