Colm Lundy

Colm is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 30 years experience in the Irish Real Estate Market.

He oversaw the expansion into Ireland of LIDL the International Retailer rolling out their store network across the Country.

He has held senior positions in both Private and Public Bodies and has concentrated in recent years in the Social Housing Sector, working on a number of Large Scale Schemes and most recently delivery of the latest CREL model of housing supply.

He is delighted to join Focus VHA as Director of Development and looks forward to continuing and further strengthening Focus as a significant provider in the supply of much needed Housing.
