Camino de Santiago
Will you walk the Camino to help Focus Ireland put an end to homelessness?
Camino Walk Challenge
This fully guided walk will take the group along the last stretch of the Camino Francés (approx 115km), starting in Sarria and finishing in Santiago De Compostela.
The seven-night trip will include six walking days of varying distances and elevation. You will be walking approximately five to seven hours each day, but don’t worry, there are plenty of stops along the way for you to enjoy a break and the beautiful Spanish countryside. This route traverses the beautiful hilly landscapes of Galicia. Reward your efforts in Santiago de Compostela, the heart and hub of all pilgrimages on the Way of St James.
The trail types consist of walking paths and small country roads. Previous walking experience is not necessary. However, participants must have an average level of fitness and be over the age of 16.
